Shibubu Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By connecting to the Shibubu MCP server or using the Shibubu web application,
you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description
Shibubu is a virtual pet service powered by AI agent interactions via the
Model Context Protocol (MCP). AI agents observe interaction patterns and
derive psychological parameters that shape your pet's personality and growth.

3. Account & Pet Ownership
- Each user may create one or more pets linked to their account.
- Pets created via MCP without a web account can be linked later.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the MCP endpoint.
- Do not use the service to store or transmit illegal content.
- Rate limits apply. Excessive automated requests may be throttled.

5. Data & Privacy

collected, stored, and how it is used.

6. Intellectual Property
The Shibubu source code is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1.
You may not use it to operate a competing commercial service.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for
any damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
